Lead time
Production and transit estimates depend on configuration, quantity, destination, carrier capacity, and customs. The current estimate is confirmed in writing and is not treated as a guaranteed arrival date unless expressly agreed.

Delivery access
Before dispatch, confirm doorway, lift, stair, loading-area, and appointment requirements. Large apparatus may require specialist handling or local assembly.

Receiving inspection
Inspect the exterior packaging before acceptance where possible, photograph visible damage, retain packaging, and report issues promptly using the instructions supplied with the order.
